A useful tip when making the best man speech is to use a subtle mix of sincerity and humour. When considering humour is better to use one liners rather than long winded jokes. One liners can be used to grab attention and keep the audience interested. It is of course important to keep any humour child friendly and whatever you do, don't upset the bride!

Hi Jenny, I agree with your post, a video captures not only the moments in time, but also the emotions, audio, and reactions.

"A story of how you met and/or photos of you two! People love to read more about the couple."

This is a great tip. I always thought that wedding websites are for organizational purposes but this would also as a great resource for the guests to know you and your better-half on your wedding day.

Thanks for this.

I've been to dozens of weddings as a photo booth operator and several as a guest where there was a photo booth presents.

They are great fun for the guests, but the post above and the comments already mentioned that. So, I offer a few bits of advice.

1. Don't use tape, even double-sided. It takes forever when working with the scrapbook and causes a back-up near the area.

2. Using gel pens can cause bleeding to other images and other pages because the writing doesn't dry fast enough.

3. Be careful with sharpies, see #3.

4. Never have scissors. I'd recommend a safe paper cutter, one that glides down the print and doesn't accept "fingers". Have to assume kids will be using it.

Happy weddings for all.

[...] Although you can collect all your guests’ wedding photos and upload them into one online photo album, you may decide that you would like to hire a professional wedding photographer as well.
A good idea would be to plan in advance and hire out a hotel or venue that has sleeping facilities with your immediate family and it can be like a get away for all of you... seen a couple do that before and it is so amazing!

You can get little acrylic plastic ornaments with dates or even pictures laser etched into them. These might be a good idea as the can be made to any size even down to keyrings.
